Members of the Committee considered the bill registered under No. 1850-1.
The peoples’ deputies noted that the adopted Law No. 71-VIII “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and several legislative acts of Ukraine re tax reform” provides a new version of article 282 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, as a result of which, institutions of science and education, as well as reserves, and national nature parks, etc. were included to the list of land tax payers.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will contribute to providing privileges for land tax payment, and improvement of operation of institutions that are fully maintained at the expense of state or local budgets.
